BLEACH AND DYE RELATED TECHNICAL EXPERTISE

As per given specifications, all linen and knit wares are produced with required shade which is maintained as consistent in recurring orders and confirms to Dry & wet crocking.

  1. Direct Disperse Dyes: Washing Fastness up to 40 degree Celsius.
  2. Reactive Dyes: Washing Fastness up to 60-70 degree Celsius.
  3. VAT Dyes: Washing Fastness up to 80 degree Celsius.
  4. Bleach range: Care type.

  2. . ANTI MICROBIAL FINISH ON FABRIC AND ITS MADE UPS: Shreds basic weight associated with T130 - T180 woven fabric.

    Other Vendors in our line of work cannot offer “value for money / Purchase price, as we can because of our set up in Pakistan and access to local resources rather than imports from China, we are able to provide this finish at “much lower price” if desired by ordering customer

    Anti microbial finish is achieved by design all the starch on fibres/yarns of which the fabric, (while on knitted fabrics are free of such starch coating when produced). Such coated made ups can be sheets, other institutional woven or knitted made ups. With such coating, Each time washing for half hour up to 120 degree Fahrenheit, shreds 15-20% of such anti microbial strength in first 6 months of usage from making date and 25-30% as such made ups remain un-used and packed. Suitable for hospital use products.

  3. . FIRE RETARDENT FINISH : This finish is also sourced by local manufacturers in Pakistan and compared with its cost of imported chemical for fire retardant finish, it is 1/3rd cost difference with our price quotes and as provided by other vendors.

    Another important aspect of such finishes is reliability. As importer or state vendor, relies on exporting companies to insure such finish indeed exist and not just assured to customer where as my company also offers simple basic tests to verify such coating exist on fabrics and its made ups.
